We will never sell you a solution that your business does not need. We will never treat you like “just another customer”. Our solutions are custom tailored and we know our clients by name. We want to win your business and most importantly, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our team.
Residential Intake Terms and Conditions
Shoreline PC is an electronic hardware and software repair & build shop. Customer signature is required to authorize Shoreline PC to perform any work related to your visit today. By signing this authorization form, you permit Shoreline PC to work on any hardware and/or software located in or on the hardware you have supplied Shoreline PC.
Shoreline PC may manipulate, install, uninstall, and/or reconfigure existing software on the customer's device. Shoreline PC may also manipulate, install, uninstall, or reposition existing hardware in the customer's device. Shoreline PC may install additional softwarebased or hardware-based tools on or in your device to further diagnose and/or remedy a variety of technological issues such as malware or viruses or to detect hardware failures. Shoreline PC may install proprietary software on your device to better serve you in the future. Shoreline PC may find it necessary to do emergency backups of customer data in the event of a data storage failure and will do so in order to protect and preserve data that the customer may wish to save. Shoreline PC may have to order hardware and/or software to complete your order. Hardware and/or software are custom ordered products. Shoreline PC requires payment in full on custom ordered hardware and/or software and payment must be received before Shoreline PC places the order.
Shoreline PC makes a concerted, "best faith attempt" at repairing and/or restoring broken hardware, software, or failing data. Shoreline PC makes no guarantee, written or verbal, to the efficacy in which data, hardware, or software can be repaired or maintained, and the Customer agrees that it will not hold Shoreline PC liable for any such loss of hardware or data. Customer agrees to provide payment for services rendered by Shoreline PC immediately upon completion. Customer agrees that repairs can take considerable time and will afford Shoreline PC a reasonable amount of time to do so.
Residential Remote Access Terms and Conditions

By choosing the "Submit" button you are (1) Representing that you are over the age of 18 and have the capacity and authority to bind yourself and/or your employer to the terms and conditions below, and (2) consenting on behalf of yourself and/or as an authorized representative of your employer to be bound by this disclaimer. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions written herein, you are not authorized to utilize Shoreline PC's remote support service.
Remote access services are provided at your sole risk. Shoreline PC’s assistance is provided on the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
You have requested the assistance of a Shoreline PC technical support representative through a remote connection to your computer. The ability for Shoreline PC to remotely access your computer significantly enhances Shoreline PC’s ability to resolve your technical problem quickly. You understand that by requesting such assistance, you will be providing Shoreline PC technical support personnel with access to and control of your computer. In addition, you may be providing Shoreline PC technical support personnel with access to files that reside on your computer. Be sure to close any confidential or personal files that you may be working on, before allowing remote access to your computer. In order to provide the services, Shoreline PC’s technical support personnel is not expected to need to make any copies or downloads of your files or to retain any information accessed from your computer.
Your name and contact details provided in order to log your support request will be processed for use with the specific service and will not be used for any other use or service that could infringe on your privacy and will not be provided to any other third party.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SHORELINE PC BE LIABLE FOR: (i) ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR (ii) ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISION OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES.
We receive and store information about you, such as:
-Information you provide to us. We collect information such as your full name, your e-mail address, your residential, mailing, and/or business address, payment method(s), and telephone number(s). We collect this information in a number of ways, including when you enter it while using our service, interact with our Customer Service on the phone or in-store, or participate in surveys or marketing promotions. We also collection information when you choose to provide information to us through third party services (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, etc.) which govern their own Privacy Policies separate and apart from Shoreline PC LLC.
Information is collected from other sources. We sometimes supplement information described above with information obtained from other sources, including both online and offline data provides. This may include demographic data, interest based data, and internet browsing behavior.
Use of Information
We use information to provide, analyze, administer, enhance, and personalize our services and marketing efforts, to process your registration to use any of our services, to process your orders and payments, and to communicate with you on these and other topics.
Disclosure of Information
We disclose your information in explicitly required instances. Should your hardware and/or software need the expertise of a specialized hardware and/or software company, we may refer you or personally deliver your hardware and/or software to said company for service so that we can resolve your repair or installation issue in a swift manner. Such a referral or transfer of your goods will only be done upon receiving verbal or written confirmation of acceptance from you, the end user of our services.
End User Options
If you no longer wish to receive certain communications from us via e-mail or text message (standard messaging rates apply), simply place a call to our Customer Service team or write to us requesting removal. Please note that there are some correspondence that you cannot unsubscribe from, such as billing messages relating to account transactions. To update your personal information, please call in to Shoreline PC's Customer Service department (which includes requests to delete personal information that we hold about you).
We use reasonabile administrative, logical, physical, and managerial measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use and modification. Unfortunately, no measures can be guaranteed to provide 100% security. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Other Websites, Platforms, & Applications
You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to the Shoreline PC Leet Membership services. Individuals under 18 may encounter and interact with the Shoreline PC Leet software, and may use the hardware and/or software repair and build services of Shoreline PC LLC., but must do so only with the involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian.
